It’s important for your printed items to look impressive and to be durable. This is why we use high quality printing processes and materials. It means you can be sure of excellent results, whichever options you choose.

In the Design Tool, you’ll find a huge choice of professional designs for different products. And it’s easy to tailor these templates to suit your needs. You can also upload your own logo or images to customise your designs. If you want the same look for different products, simply choose the same design theme for different product templates.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your printed items to arrive via standard delivery, however ring binder orders can take up to 5-7 working days to arrive (larger orders of more than 100 ring binders take longer to complete, we will contact you to agree delivery times). If you place your order after 1.00pm GMT, it will count as having been placed the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, except public and bank holidays.
If you choose Express Production (available for label orders only), please allow a maximum of 2 days production time plus a day for courier delivery. Orders placed before 1pm will be produced the following day, orders placed after 1pm will be produced 1 day later. The above business day’s calculations still apply to express production. Express production is only available for delivery addresses within the UK.
Payments are made through our secure checkout – all major credit cards are accepted. If you stock up and order more, you can save up to 60% on some items.
When you’re looking at products on this website, you can choose to have prices shown with or without the 20% UK VAT rate added on. At the checkout, VAT is automatically charged on all purchases. If you’re ordering from outside the UK and within the EU, you may qualify for a 0% VAT rate. Please enter a valid business VAT ID Number at the checkout.
Please remember to double check your design carefully before ordering. We cannot take returns or provide refunds for errors on your part such as spelling, grammar or similar mistakes. We will handle your order with high standards of care. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to fix any issues.
